Circa 1910 - 1918 The level of quality workmanship in these sconces is quite impressive. Very finely detailed castings around each arm and covering the entire backplate shows a masters touch. The sconces are in their original finish and patina with only a gentle cleaning and light waxing. The fluted section of each arm is a most wonderful addition giving definition to the narrowing arm and a point of reference for the overall balance and proportions. No makers mark and the original wiring points to a North American destination. The craftsmanship does show a European influence. We also have the matching chandelier which will be shown soon.
