Although the word "rare" is way over used, having only seen this fixture once before in over 25 years of picking they can rightly be called "rare". They each have a single socket which can handle a 75 incandescent bulb or 30 watt LED, which is comparable to a 150 watt incandescent bulb. With an LED bulb there is lots of light for these to light up a good sized bathroom, bedroom or walk in closet. Rewired to UL standards and mounting hardware is included. With a drop of only 6" they are perfect for those low bungalow ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens or hallways. The base measures 10 3/4" x 8.5".
