1930s Vintage Mid Century Lighting Fixtures . This summer special consists of a pair of custard glass slip shade wall sconces along with a matching 3 shade ceiling fixture. All in excellent condition with no noticeable pitting on the chrome and the Burgundy bodies have been repainted to match the original color. These vintage 1930s Art Deco light fixtures, by Lightolier, have a forward looking style, for their day, which will become known as the Mid-Century style. These antique lighting fixture came to us in remarkable condition for being over 70 years old. All the chrome on the fixture body was only polished up a bit to bring back the mirror finish, then sealed with a clear lacquer and the Burgundy color was repainted in the same color as the original color. All the custard glass slip shades are also in remarkable condition with no noticeable chips and no cracks. There is a working switch on the bottom of shade holder on each sconce.
