With so many reproductions out there it is refreshing to see an antique original lighting fixture. Several layers of paint were removed around the top rim of the ceramic fixture where it meets the ceiling and the old original socket was replaced, both attesting to its age and vintage. All blue paint in excellent condition with no noticeable loss of color. Great vintage ceiling light fixture where a little accent color is welcomed into the decor.
