Great looking and unusual pair of mid to late 30s vintage Art Deco wall sconces. These antique lighting fixtures have original custard glass and have been refinished with an exact match to the original dark Burgundy color of the back plates. The chrome socket surrounds have been polished to a high luster and are in excellent condition with no dents. Even from the 1930s the trending towards what will become known as Mid-Century is seen in these vintage transitional lighting pieces. Made by Lightolier and remnants of original stickers are seen on the back of each sconce. Shown lit with 15 watt bulbs and can handle up to 60 watt bulbs each.
