Priced for the pair.
Unique commercial design from the 20s & 30s. Milk glass bottom portion with a camphor glass upper portion. Designed so light would reflect from the milk glass section back up through the translucent section and disperse from off the ceiling, and thus avoiding the direct glare of a light bulb. The glass shade itself is only 9 inches tall but 14 inches wide for a large reflecting surface.
Great for today's spacious kitchens and baths as these can handle up to 250 watts each.
"Cased" refers to the technique in glass blowing where one or more different colors of glass are fused together to create a shade of different colors, here milk glass and camphor glass.
Overall drop as shown is 21 inches shown on new nickel fitters. Other hardware options are available such as brushed brass and chain hung.
